Can our existing meters stay?
Usually, yes. The SensiGate gateway speaks KNX, Modbus, MQTT and SNMP, so most installed meters connect as they are. Other protocols on request — tell us what's on your walls and we'll confirm.
What happens when a meter goes silent?
SensiHub notices — heartbeat monitoring flags silent meters and abnormal readings, raises an alarm, and our engineers can look at the site remotely the moment you call.
Do you bill water as well as electricity?
Yes — both, on one itemised invoice, per tenant, unit or berth.
Can you handle a marina with per-yacht metering?
Yes — per-yacht electricity and water billing with a live integration to the marina management system.
