SensiLink
Secure remote access, monitoring, support — and more
Part of every SensiPro installation
From a fault call to a fix, without a site visit.
SensiLink is a small appliance that connects your site to our engineers through a secure outbound connection. When something needs attention, we see and fix the equipment remotely — with nothing opened for incoming traffic.
Already on your site if you run SensiPro — help is minutes away, not a visit away.

How it works
Plug it in. That's the whole rollout.
Plug it in
The appliance connects to power and the site network. That's the entire installation.
- Requests its own credentials on first start and appears in our console
- Nothing for your IT team to install or maintain
It dials out
The connection is made from inside the site, outward — and held ready.
- Both ends dial out — the site never accepts an incoming connection
- Encrypted in two independent layers — the relay cannot read the traffic it carries
- Nothing at your address listens for the internet
We look in minutes
An engineer signs in and works as if plugged into the switch on site.
- The laptop takes an address from your own network — like any device present
- Diagnostic & commissioning tools work as on site — KNX and Modbus included
- Permission checked per person, site and service on every connection — and every session recorded
Fixed before a visit
Most problems end here: diagnosed and resolved remotely.
- No standing tunnel — access ends when the engineer signs out
- Site equipment authenticates by cryptographic key only
- When a visit is needed, the engineer arrives knowing what's wrong

The support story
"Support that starts with looking, not scheduling."
Every SensiPro system ships with a SensiLink already on site. That is the reason a problem gets eyes on it in minutes rather than a visit next week. It is what our engineers use every day, running right now across municipal parking installations, marinas and around ten bank branches in Cyprus.
How you get it

FAQ
Questions IT teams ask.
Do we need to open a port or assign a public IP?
No — nothing is opened for incoming traffic, and no public IP is needed. The appliance makes an outbound connection from inside your network and holds it. All your firewall has to permit is that outgoing connection — the same permission an ordinary office computer already has.
Is the connection secure?
The traffic is encrypted twice over, in two independent layers — even the relay in the middle cannot read what it carries. Site equipment signs in with cryptographic keys rather than passwords, and sources of repeated failed sign-ins are blocked automatically. Because the connection is outbound-only, your site presents no new inbound attack surface — there's nothing listening that wasn't there before.
Is there a permanent connection into our network?
No. Access exists only while one of our engineers is signed in — there is no standing tunnel between our network and yours. Permission is granted per person, per site and per service, and it is re-checked on every connection, not once at login, so withdrawing someone's access takes effect immediately.
Can we see who connected and what they reached?
Yes. Every session is recorded — who connected, to which site, on which service, when, and for how long — and that record is retained centrally, available for your audit as well as ours.
Can we buy SensiLink on its own?
It comes with every SensiPro installation — that's its job. If you have a specific setup in mind, talk to us and we'll look at it together.
What does it support?
It's how our engineers support the SensiPro systems on your site — parking, energy, charging and building control. Because the connection joins the site network rather than just routing to it, diagnostic and commissioning tools — KNX and Modbus included — behave just as if the engineer were in the building.

One short conversation with your IT team is usually all it takes — because there's nothing for them to do.
